About Us

Born in Massachusetts and raised in New Hampshire, Chris Kropilak had had enough of the cold weather and snow and decided with his wife to move to Florida in 2015. 

He has many years of experience in the IT world. Working for many companies, including Apple, he knows how important it is to stay updated with current technology. Chris has served many customers over the years, both in the US and Europe, while living and working in Germany for 3 years. 

Calling Venice, FL his new home, he was looking for a way to combine his interest in technology and customer service. He found there was a need for residential IT support in the community.

Venice is growing quickly and with more residents moving to the area, he realized the importance of an easy transition for the new arrivals.

From setting up the new office space to being able to watch your favorite shows on Netflix. He can help current and new residents with their technology needs.
